Our Services
We offer a variety of 245D Waivered Services, including:
- Adult Companionship
Building meaningful relationships and offering emotional support for those in need. - Respite Care
Providing temporary relief to primary caregivers by taking over their responsibilities. - Chores & Homemaker Services
Assistance with everyday tasks, such as cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the household. - Family Foster Care
Offering a warm, supportive home environment for adults with disabilities. - Individual Home Supports (IHS)
Tailored services are available with or without training, designed to help individuals gain greater independence. - Night Supervision Services
We are ensuring safety and peace of mind with overnight support and monitoring.
How It Works
For each service, you’ll have the chance to choose a caring, qualified worker who truly understands your needs or the needs of your family. From start to finish, your dedicated Michael's House of Hope Coordinator will be by your side, working closely with you and your county case manager to ensure your 245D Waivered Services are set up smoothly and tailored just for you.
Payment Options

- Community Access for Disability Inclusion Waiver (CADI)
- Community Alternative Care (CAC) Waiver
- Developmental Disabilities Waiver (DD)
